Carrying Christ to the Himalayas

When I was 6, a missionary came to our church to update us on her work. As she presented I memorized the cinder block walls of the church gym, compelled to ponder for the first time in my short life, “when I grow up, shall I be a missionary instead of a princess?” Over the next 20 years I discovered that with God, I could be both. 🙂

This fall, I’m going to the Himalayas to love on the people there. I’ll be there for about 6 months, doing a DTS (Discipleship Training School) with Fire & Fragrance, a ministry that burns to see an entire generation know the presence of God and carry the fragrance of Christ to the world.

I’ll be raising $8000 to cover my tuition and outreach expenses over the next 3 months. If you’d like to partner with me in mission, tap here.

Most importantly, please pray for me as I prepare to go. That I will stay submitted to the Lord, reading his word, constant in prayer myself. I love you all so very dearly, and I’m abundantly blessed to be sent by such a loving community.

This actually started June 8, when I met a person who told me a bunch of secrets about life. I've taken to the web to share those secrets with you - and keep you updated on my haps & mishaps.
